How-To-Use GDA’s
Many of these GDA’s are effective on their own, with Berberine being particularly effective. Although, the true potential of glucose disposal is seen when they’re combined. It’s also important to note that timing is a huge component of success when using any kind of GDA. Right before or during meals, preferably larger ones, are typically the best times to take them. This makes it so the body can fully utilize all the calories it’s going to be consuming, so don’t be taking it pre-workout (lol). It’s also okay to do this more than once per day, as it should be done at least two or three times for maximum effect.
